For our recurring services, a minimum commitment of 6 months is required. However, within this agreement, you have the flexibility to provide a 30-day notice to cancel or pause the service without incurring any penalties. On the other hand, one-time services like automation implementations do not necessitate a specific timeframe for the agreement.
